The rate of air-sea gas exchange for gasses such as CO$_2$ depend on both near-surface turbulence and the injection of bubbles into the surface layer of the ocean.
We are interested in understanding uncertainties in estimates of air-sea gas exchange of CO$_2$, and in particular how this affects model estimates of carbon drawdown associated with technologies such as marine carbon dioxide removal.
